The CQR 358 series of analogue addressable detectors have been designed to be fully compatible with the FireBrand addressable intelligent control panels, both for the FI/PN/A and FI/PN/A/NET range. The devices also have dual LED’s for 360° visibility giving easier identification of the device in fire or fault condition.

They are approved to EN54 part 5 and 7 and certified to DIFT for CPD complience.

Other features include advance detection and discrimination algorithms, easy installation and maintainence, sleek low-profile design and a durable sensor head.

This is a smoke detector which uses the scatter detection method, this means that smoke enters the chamber which in turn reflects a light source on to a receiver to generate an alarm condition.
